Caitlin Johnson
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
I believe that movement should feel empowering, not intimidating. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I work with people living with chronic pain, women's health conditions, rheumatic disease, diabetes, and a range of other chronic conditions, helping them build confidence in their bodies and find joy in movement again.
My passion for movement started early. Growing up, swimming was a huge part of my life, teaching me discipline, resilience, and what it feels like to truly trust your body. Later, Muay Thai became my outlet, building strength and confidence in a whole new way. Those experiences shape how I approach every client, because I know firsthand how transformative the right kind of movement can be.
Outside the clinic, I'm someone who loves staying busy with things that matter. Whether that's renovating a room from the ground up, heading out on a hiking trail, setting up camp somewhere quiet and remote, or simply spending quality time with my family, I bring that same hands-on, wholehearted energy to everything I do, including helping you reach your goals.

Josie Drury
Pilates Instructor
After four years as a sport trainer and thirteen years studying dance, I can’t wait to share my passion for Pilates with you.
My belief in the power of Pilates for long term strength, balance and health comes from my 86 year old grandfather. He has practiced Pilates for more than 20 years and attending classes with him has shown me the impact that functional movement through Pilates can bring throughout our lives.
My other passions in life are dance, musical theatre and travel. In my work though, I want to help every client find their optimal balance and so I hope to meet you all soon!
