Designed for desk workers wanting to move better, feel stronger, and improve how they function day to day. This 8-week Pilates program focuses on posture, strength, mobility, and building sustainable movement habits through supportive small-group sessions.

Small-group Exercise Physiology sessions with a personalised approach. Each participant follows their own tailored program while training in a supportive group of four, targeting goals such as bone health, strength, chronic disease management, and long-term physical function through guided progression and regular reviews.
